10 Months

Oh how I have enjoyed watching my little bundle grow, but oh how I miss my tiny little baby. Addie Mae is so wonderfully made and there is no doubt in my mind in the image of our awesome God. She has the most amazing personality/sense of humor of anyone I have ever met! We will just be siting there together and she will lunge towards me just to stop right before she hits me, then lean back and laugh!! She still loves to splash in the bath, dance to music and talk on the phone. She is the apple of my eye. I am so proud of all the things she has accomplished in the last 10 months, she is really the smartest little booger. I can still remember her first smile on her one month birthday. She has been crawling for about 4 months now, and pulling up/cruising for at least 2. She says 4 words : Mama, Dada, Hey, Bye Bye; she sticks close to Mama though most of the time. It just warms my heart to hear her call my name. She knows where the light is and who the Booskers is (she loves him...). She brings so much unadulterated joy to our lives, We love her so much! Happy Birthday Sweet Adeline!!

BUBBLES! bubblesbubblesbubblesbubbles BUBBLES!

So I gave Addie her first bubble bath last night, it was so cute, she kept trying to pick up the bubbles and eat them. Then tonight I had Chris take some pictures. She even had to reach forward and grab her toes at one point to make sure they weren't some toys floating around in the water. What a sweet sweet goober we have!!

Merry Christmas to All and to All a Good Night!

Well Addie's first Christmas was a hit!! We went to Richmond this year for Christmas with the Hughes', then back on Saturday to do Christmas with the Porter's, then on the Tuesday after the Mott's came up to do Christmas for the girls. Man Addie racked up!!! It took her 5 days to open all of the gifts she got from Santa and everyone else!! She did really well opening everything though, she loved the bows that were on some of the packages. Of course for the month prior she had allot of practice opening presents. There were a few boxes that were too big to put under the tree so every few days or so she would get a hold of one when nobody was looking and open it, so we had to wrap a few gifts a couple of times before they were given to the person they were meant for. What a wonderful first Christmas with an amazing little girl.

While we were in Richmond she also got to meet her 3rd cousin who is just a month older than her for the first time. I think they had allot of fun playing together.
