Happy Halloween!

Well our little Yoda had her very first Halloween today. We went this morning to Jenny and Steve's church fro a fall festival, then had an open house this evening. If I say so myself, we had the cutest Yoda on the block! It was allot of fun to have everyone over tonight, Addie had a great time playing with her cousin Hailey. We even went Trick or Treating, just across the street to see our neighbors, but it was fun. Addie is becoming such the little smarty pants, she is figuring stuff out right and left, what a joy she is. More to come later! Happy Halloween to All!!

My Roles

I am a child, a child of God, because of this I am a mother who wouldn't be any happier with any other baby. I am a daughter, a daughter of two of the most amazing parents a girl could ask for. I am a wife to the most beautiful man inside and out that I have ever met. I am a niece, I love each and every one of my Aunts and Uncles, all of which have touched my heart in there own way, even though I don't get to tell them that. I am a sister, I wouldn't be so confident if it weren't for my siblings that lift me when I am down. I am an Aunt, from oldest to youngest and those that I have yet to meet, my nieces and nephews are so dear to me even though I am not always around, or even the Aunt I should be. I am a friend, I don't have many friends, but the few I do have I know care about me more than I could express and feeling is mutual. I am a leader, I lead those who do not know there way, I am a follower a follower of Christ a follower of those who were meant to lead me. I am all things that my God leads me to be and I can do all things because He gives me strength, and guidance. I am so thankful for all that I have, all that I am able to be, and all that I will become.

Addie had her first horse ride (rocking that is) her Grandpa Hughes refurbished Daddy's childhood rocking horse for her.

Pigeon Forge

So we went on our first real vacation since Addie was born the week before last to Pigeon Forge. It was so great having a full week of just family time. Addie got to go swimming for the first time, she sat in her stroller like a big girl for the first time, and she figured out how to suck on her toes for the first time. We also went to some shows, the Black Bear Jamboree she loved! She danced to the music and loved watching the bears. So much changed with her in just one week, I can't believe our little girl is growing so fast!! We also went to the Forbidden Caverns, she wasn't too impressed, but she did look awfully cute all bundled up in her sweater and hat that her Aunt Raena knitted for her.
